1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk60", "we", "us", or "our" refers to pk60.app and its operating entity.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses pk60.
• "Platform" refers to the pk60 website (pk60.app), mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming and betting services.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful registration on pk60.
• "Wallet" refers to the internal account balance maintained in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) within a player's pk60 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits credited to a player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required before withdrawal is enabled.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pk60 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any subsequent amendments. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and pk60. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

pk60 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account with pk60, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Registration by or on behalf of any individual under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence or location.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended pk60 Account. pk60 enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or affiliate of pk60 or its partners.

At registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. pk60 may request documentary evidence to verify this information at any time. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk60 Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pk60 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — pk60 strongly recommends this for all accounts.
• Notify pk60 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

pk60 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from a player's failure to maintain appropriate security measures.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at pk60 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via supported payment methods, which include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your pk60 Wallet promptly upon confirmation by the payment processor.
• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Players who have not submitted or received approval for KYC documents will be unable to withdraw funds.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the pk60 cashier page, subject to verification and fraud screening procedures.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your name and matching your KYC-verified identity. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.
• pk60 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further review.
• Deposits made with the intention of immediate withdrawal without substantive gameplay may be subject to review and potential restriction.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk60 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated for each promotion, which may include minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and time limits.
• Bonus Funds carry wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough" or "rollover" requirements) that must be satisfied in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR to a separate Bonus Wallet and become available for withdrawal only after the applicable wagering requirement is met within the stated validity period.
• pk60 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice and to revoke bonus funds if it determines they were claimed in violation of these Terms or specific promotion terms.
• Participation in bonus offers while using betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and Account review.

7. Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on pk60 are governed by individual game rules and, where applicable, the rules established by pk60's software providers. Players are expected to familiarise themselves with the rules applicable to each game before placing bets or wagers. Key provisions include:

• All bets placed and accepted on pk60 are final. pk60 does not cancel or reverse accepted bets except where a manifest error has occurred in the publication of odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session, pk60 will attempt to resolve the outcome based on available game logs. If a definitive outcome cannot be established, all bets for the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.
• pk60 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player without providing reasons.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk60 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances including winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information or KYC documentation.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any third-party software to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any pk60 game or system.
• Creating or operating duplicate accounts or accounts in another person's name.
• Facilitating access to or use of pk60 by any person under 18 years of age.
• Any conduct that pk60 determines in its reasonable discretion to be harmful to the integrity of its operations or to the interests of other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk60 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data — is the exclusive property of pk60 and/or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from any pk60 content without prior written authorisation from pk60.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• pk60 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
• pk60 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
• pk60's total liability in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

pk60 is committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. In fulfilling this commitment, pk60 provides the following tools and protections:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders to alert them of the duration of their gaming session.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the player cannot access gaming services or make deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from pk60. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. Requests are made via Account settings or Live Chat.

12. Account Closure

Players may request closure of their pk60 Account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be paid out to a verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC if not already approved and fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

pk60 reserves the right to close any Account, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirement. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited activity, balances including winnings may be forfeited.

13. Privacy

The collection, use, and retention of your personal data by pk60 is governed by the pk60 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by incorporation. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. pk60 does not sell player data to third parties and processes personal information only in accordance with its stated purposes.

14. Amendments

pk60 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, pk60 will provide reasonable notice via a notification on the Platform or by email to registered players. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk60 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if required, binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable gaming regulatory authority. Players located in Pakistan are responsible for independently verifying that their participation in online gaming is lawful under applicable Pakistani law and any other laws to which they may be subject.
